Exchange & Returns
The product must be in its original condition, unused with all tags still on and in the original brand packaging (if applicable). Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt.
Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
NATBAY reserves the right not to return the following items:
Beauty products and cosmetics
Shoe care products
Products sold by international sellers
‘Customized Items’ with your specifications

Return Shipping Cost
NATBAY currently don't cover return shipping costs. All return shipping fees are responsible by you.
Returns Pick Up
We are pleased to offer a return collection service to all customers for any purchases that meet our Returns Policy.
Your returned item must arrive at the NATBAY partner boutique or brand it was ordered from no later than 7 days after your delivery date. We recommend that you book your return pick-up with our customer care by email [email protected] or by phone +66-(0) 2015-2555 within 3 days of your delivery date so as to arrive at the relevant location within 7 days.
You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy where the shipping of the return will be taken care by customer. You can also choose to receive your refund as a NATBAY credit, which will enable you to purchase a replacement item quickly and seamlessly.
